The BLACKHAWK! Duty Holster for the TASER X2 uses proven SERPA technology for retention. The release is operated by the trigger finger as part of the natural drawing motion, allowing for a lightning-fast draw. The TASER is rocked back to remove it. An opening at the bottom of the holster lets water out, yet retains the probes in the event of an accidental discharge. Upon holstering, the SERPA lock automatically engages and the TASER's safety is activated. The belt clip allows the holster to be worn strong side or crossdraw.
